We take the freshest premium mushrooms, delicately sauté them until they are soft enough to almost melt in the mouth, then marinate them in a light mixture of herbs, garlic, lemon juice, a blend of oils and our special secret ingredient.
Serving suggestions:

Strain and serve on toasted bruschetta bread with Murray River pink salt flakes and freshly cracked black pepper.

Stir through fettuccini or linguine together with lightly sautéed spring onions and extra virgin olive oil for a quick weeknight meal.
