Marinated Mushrooms

We take the freshest premium mushrooms, delicately sauté them until they are soft enough to almost melt in the mouth, then marinate them in a light mixture of herbs, garlic, lemon juice, a blend of oils and our special secret ingredient.

  • Strain and serve on toasted bruschetta bread with Murray River pink salt flakes and freshly cracked black pepper.

  • Serve a generous spoonful with our indulgent scrambled eggs (see recipes page for this recipe).
  • Stir through fettuccini or linguine together with lightly sautéed spring onions and extra virgin olive oil for a quick weeknight meal.

  • Drain & serve a few pieces on melba toast or water crackers topped with a sprig of Italian parsley or dill for a healthy hors d’oeuvre.
