Simply Original tapenades (or olive patés) were created as an alternative to the bland, mass produced, supermarket options currently available.

Black Olive Tapenade – exquisite simplicity – the simplest of combinations – black olive and a small amount of premium anchovies and chilli blended to perfection. Even anchovy haters love it so don’t let that put you off!! The chilli’s not hot enough to blow your head off either, however if you like it hotter you can always add your own chopped fresh red bird’s eye chilli.
Green Olive Tapenade - this is a totally different flavour to our black olive tapenade. The green olive product is light, fresh and with a hint of saltiness and can be served as a dip, on crackers topped with herbs, stirred through pasta or served as a side with grilled or barbecued fish.
Serving suggestions:

Use in place of butter or margarine on sandwiches, wraps and burgers.
