The way in which we market our products is as important to us as the ethos behind our product range and we consider all applicants fully before making an offer to a potential retail outlet.
Part of the application process gives you the chance to explain how you feel you can add value to our overall ethos and why there is a mutual fit between our quality, original product range and your retail environment. We believe our products are the best you will find of their kind and are handmade here in Australia using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

We are not a mass-market product and similarly have no desire to market our products through the mass market retail chains.

We only select a limited number of retail outlets in each geographical area to ensure you have direct access to our products without competing with your neighbouring delicatessen or specialist food outlet.

As we release new products onto the market, you will be among the first to be able to sample these new delights. Depending on the size and location of your outlet we may consider running some joint marketing events to provide your customers with an intimate food tasting experience and an opportunity to learn about the products directly from the creators.
